You can apply for finance in the UK regardless of your nationality, as long as you have a credit history in the UK.

When you make an application for car finance, you will be required to provide evidence of your annual income. Your chances of acceptance will be lower if you are not in full-time employment because there is a greater risk of you not being able to make your monthly repayments from the perspective of finance companies, but your application will be considered.
