Click and Collect your vehicle from Hilton Garage, we take the necessary steps to make your buying experience quick and safe.
Click
Our click and collect system is easy, simple and hassle-free - just like any car buying experience should be. Whether you're looking for your first car or want to splurge on a luxury vehicle, you can browse our choice of over 1000 cars to find the right one for you.
Once you've found your dream vehicle, simply click on the 'click, inspect, drive, collect' button on the product page. Hilton personally wants to ensure all of our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase, which is why we recommend placing a £100 deposit down on your chosen car so it can be reserved. We also offer a video walkaround of the vehicle for you at your request.

Inspect
The rest is down to us - a member of our team will call you to arrange a collection date. In the meantime, while you wait we'll undergo a full inspection and thorough check of the car to ensure it's up to standard. Here are the stages your vehicle will go through:
1) A full mechanical inspection- If the MOT expires within the next 6 months we will put a fresh 12 month MOT on it for you to make sure it's up to date.
2) Valeting- We take pride in the cars we sell, and we want our customers to be just as proud of owning one. That's why we perform a thorough clean of the vehicle before handing it over, so you can drive away in style.
3) Sanitisation- Hilton understands that the threat of Covid-19 is still a concern for many, therefore, we make certain your vehicle is fully wiped down and disinfected for your peace of mind. After which, we'll 'quarantine' your vehicle in one of our safe areas at our click and collect centre, until it is ready for collection.
Once you arrive for collection, a member of our team will be appointed to show you where your vehicle is and to have you check over it to ensure it's up to standard for you. If you're not happy with everything, we'll make those changes quickly and efficiently, so you can drive away happy.
Drive
We also provide a time for test driving the vehicle... so that you can fall even more in love. This helps you get acclimated to the car's feel and determine whether you're comfortable in it. We always encourage our customers to take a test drive so that they can inspect the brake and indicator lights, tread and condition of the tyres as well as other aspects for themselves
Collect
Now is the exciting bit. If you're happy with everything and are ok to move ahead, we'll take payment of the remaining balance and then the car is all yours. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to get in contact with one of our team to discuss the issue and we'll come to a solution.
