Fiat 500x Review

The larger family member of the ever-popular Fiat 500, built for the families, the adventurers and the commuters. The Fiat 500x is similar enough to the smaller model to strike the familiar bond, but different enough to stand it in a completely different category.

The obvious difference is the sheer size. While the regular 500 is designed for compact city-life, this larger version has the necessary means to tackle a little more of life’s curveballs.

Boasting a smooth drive on urban roads, the 500x offers comfort as standard and the light-steering makes it a great hybrid between a city-car and an SUV.

The interior is what you would expect from the Fiat family, bridging the gap between connectivity and simplicity. The seats are comfier than that of the smaller model with adjustable supports to make those longer journeys more enjoyable.

Some models benefit from parking sensors and other techy aids that will make the driving experience easier and smoother. All newer models come with a 7inch touch screen infotainment system and DAB Radio, with Apple Car Play and Android Auto built into the systems. Intuitive and easy to use, you won’t be disappointed with the functionality of this feature.

Soft touch materials make up the interior and it feels more expensive than some of the competitors and other Fiat models. You’ll also benefit from a whole lot of space in the Fiat 500x. Whether that’s as a passenger or packing your boot to the brim with weekend essentials, you won’t feel like you’re cramming things in or cramped in the back of the car.

We are definitely a fan of this motor and you can view our range of used Fiat 500x cars in Derby here, or pop into our car supermarket to see them in person.
